A dynamic company that sources, procures and supplies chemical raw materials, minerals and engineering products/instruments seeks the services of a highly qualified Bookkeeper.

Candidates are required to possess the following:

Education (compulsory):
Matric AND
Financial management diploma or higher (Completed) * Skills/Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a bookkeeper or similar
Must be able to work on Xero
Generate invoices/quotes/supplier purchase orders
General Ledger
Bank Reconciliations
Debtors / Creditors
Bank statement capturing/account allocation
Vat / Tax
Etc… * Must be excellent at Excel as they will be required to do graphs and manipulate data in Excel
Must be a fast typist – Average/Fluent – 40+ wpm
Must be a good planner and organiser
Must love numbers and be a good problem solver
