Claims Clerk urgently wanted: Salary R14 000 to R15 000 per month

The Claims Handler is responsible for coordinating and overseeing, managing, negotiation and
settlement of the claim and is accountable for the finalization of the claim end-to-end. This position
entails ensuring client satisfaction and general administrative duties.
Processing of claims on systems (TIAL & ROC)
Handle claims and deal with them efficiently and with minimum delay
in accordance within mandates conferred
Handle information reporting
Handle all claims
Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
Relating & networking
Analysing
Applying expertise and technology
Achieve personal work goals and objectives
Writing and reporting
Following instructions and procedures

Matric certificate
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in short term insurance claims
environment, sound knowledge of claims processing, policy wordings and interpreting assessor
reports
Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Computer literacy, Microsoft office & must be able to do system processing
