Port / Jetty l Construction Project
Will to work in Mozambique for 3-4 years
Salary Range : USD 10,000 – USD 12,000 per month with other benefits

About the Job :

Able to lead and manage a team of QS
Perform general Quantity Surveyor/Contracts duties such as quantity take-off, preparation of costing, contract administration
Handle progress interim payment, claims applications and variation orders
Manage claims to minimal
Assist project manager in procurement and sub-contracting matters
Negotiating and agreeing the valuation of construction, variations and/or final account.
Resolving disputes, assessing entitlement for extension of time and loss/expense claim.Handle contract administration and settlement of final accounts with Clients and Subcontractors

The ideal candidate :

Degree holder with at least 10 or more years of working experience
Strong in contracts and claims matters
Excellent negotiation skills, good team working skills.
Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
