Medical Supply Firm in Johannesburg requires a dedicated and proactive Front Desk SecretaryAdministrator with 4 years effective front desk and customer service experience as well as a demonstrated ability to maintain a pleasant, positive, and courteous demeanour and a smoothly functioning Front Office continually and effectively.
Suitable candidates must have the following work experience
Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills
Experience managing in busy office environment
Strong knowledge of general office functions including typing, filing and reception
Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures
Fluent in English, Afrikaans and or other African Language bilingual
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO
Handle telephone, screen and direct calls.
Provide administrative support
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Formulate travel arrangements.
Supervised head office reception area.
Handle Administration Request Forms.
Outline Boardroom Bookings schedule.
Formulate timetable of meetings.
