UDM International is a leading company in the sales and marketing industry and we are looking to expand our sales team.
We want sales professionals who know that they can sell and have a very assertive and persuasive personality.
Successful candidates will start in training which runs for a minimum of 12 weeks. You need to complete each week to move to the next with higher incentive structures. Once completed, you are made permanent with us based on your performance. The uncapped commission structure applies during training, so you will be paid for every sale.
We specialise in insurance, mainly cancer and accidental death and disability covers.
The job description for our sales consultants is to convert leads into sales, so you need to be conversational and influential.
All sales are conducted telephonically to pre-contacted, pre-qualified leads.
We do not have claw backs, no cold calling and no desk fees.
Salaries are all above market related and we offer uncapped commission.
Salary Once Permanent:
Average salaries on our permanent floor ranges between R35 000 – R40 000 per month.
That is with a basic salary plus uncapped commission.

Candidate Requirements
· Matric.
· Must have reliable transport
· Fluent in English (Afrikaans is advantageous.)
