A Leading Property Investment Company is seeking a Centre Manager to oversee one
of its premium centres, situated in KZN.

Key Functions:
·
Build and maintain relationship with tenants and prospective users of the property

·
Ensure that the centre is well administered

·
Ensure the effective management of tenant accounts and queries

·
Manage and control personnel, service contractors, repairs, revamps, tenant
installations, inspections and general building administration

·
Manage cleaning staff, maintenance staff, security and gardeners – ensuring their
rosters are updated and duties are carried out effectively

·
Improve the property (upgrades, renovations, development) in order to achieve its maximum potential

·
Budgeting and monitoring of centre related costs

·
Involvement in marketing the centre, arranging and conducting centre events

Skills and Attributes:
·
Minimum
Matric

·
Centre / Property management experience

·
Strong financial and budgeting knowledge essential

·
Appropriate people management experience

·
Sound Marketing experience

·
Proactive thinker

·
Ability to work long hours and weekends
