Our client in the medical field, is looking for a young and dynamic individual to be the face of the company.
Your duties- not limited to:
All admin related
Client and customer liaison
Managing of switchboards
Assisting in other adhoc duties
Requirements:
Admin experience
Handled a switchboard with 6+ lines
Able to work mon-fri 7:30am-16:45pm + alt Sats 7:30am-12pm
Can work in a fast pace environment
Reside in the Springfield or surrounding areas
Neat and presentable – Look the part
Good command of english
Afrikaans speaking advantageous
Available immediately

Experience:
Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
