A reputable law firm is seeking for a Personal Assistant/ Legal Secretary to employ on a 3months contract basis. This PA will be directly reporting and working closely with the director of the company. This person must be skilled and experienced as follows:
3-4 years of experience as a PA at a legal company or law firm
Must be able to type minutes and have experience in drafting legal documents
Must have solid administration and strong attention to detail
Must have excellent writing skills and exceptional communication skills.
Qualifications: Matric Grade 12 certificate and National diploma ( Advantages)
