Client Liaison Co-ordinator will be responsible to interface between the company and the customerand facing both in person and through written communication

Duties:

Document management for receipting
Document management for dispatching
Accurate inventory Management
Researching all necessary enquiries
Management and maintenance of a Warehouse Management system
Adhere to all safety and health requirements and standards
Dealing with multiple customers at the same time

Experience & Qualification

Matric
Logistics Management/ Supply Chain Management Undergraduate qualification
Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a warehouse environment, specifically in a cargo handling environment
MUST have between 2 – 3 years solid customer experience
MS Office intermediate level (Good Excel) with having practiced experience at an employer
Must be proficient in English
Has gained sufficient exposure to operational administration procedures
Familiar with maintaining and upholding H&S standards

Job Type: Full-time
