Medihelp is looking for Call Centre Consultants to join their dynamic Client Management team
Banking / Finance & Investment,Financial Services,Healthcare
Render an exceptional service to all clients by effectively handling telephone and web chat enquiries from clients.
Responsible for finalising/giving instructions to investigate/correct erroneous transactions.
Liaise directly with Medihelp clients (members, prospect members, service providers, brokers etc.)
Successful completion of the Soft Skill course within 6 months from appointment.
2 years’ applicable call centre experience in the insurance, medical scheme and or banking environment.
Must be willing to work shifts
Language proficiency in English and Afrikaans (read, write and speak)
Successful completion of the selection process based on criteria that determine the candidate’s potential with regard to the following competencies:
Building trust and credibility;
Must be willing to multiskill in Claims, Membership and chronic medication enquiries.
