Fleet Controller urgently wanted: Salary R15 000 per month

R15 000 a month

Fleet Controller will be responsible to monitor and Control the stock and equipment in accordance to the vehicle checklist and VDV policy and SOP.

Duties:

Administrate driver round trip duties and paperwork according to VDV policy and SOP.
License, Operators & PPECB discs to trucks and trailers and record on control sheet.
Daily Fleet Control Sheet;
Capture and check fuel transactions in fuel manager, while identifying irregularities;
Downloading truck & trailer combinations that enter yard according to the combination status.
Fleet Management;
Issue driver feedback after reviewing documentation regarding the driver’s previous round trip according to the SOP.
Actively monitor tracking to ensure drivers operate within company rules and regulations.
Report any discrepancies to manager;
Responsible – Fill-Up truck and trailers;
Compile One Pager
Completes any and all reasonable tasks given by Fleet Manager.

Experience and Education

Grade 12 with 5 years relevant work experience with advance MS Office experience.
Excellent with system management / Effective communication skills
Leadership: managing team, creating team coherence and team spirit.
Must be able to work under pressure
Own transport (Code 8 License)
