A young, Well -Spoken and professional Customer Support / Compliance Administrator who is passionate about dealing with people, have an excellent command of German and English to assist in handling all queries arising from the different platforms in a timeous manner.

What’s the role?
You will be responsible for:
Managing large amounts of incoming calls and customer queries
Handling chats in a timely and customer-centric fashion
Replying to emails in a professional manner
Dealing with complaints and dissatisfied customers
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Go the extra mile to engage customers
Log tickets and forward to relevant departments

Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
A minimum of 1-year customer service experience within a call Centre environment
Computer literacy (Experience in CRM systems is an advantage)
Clear ITC and criminal record
