Job Purpose
To successfully project manage, lead and implement payroll and base HR modules for new clients on PaySpace by analysing the client’s requirements, configuring the system, migrating the data and balancing the figures. This role is focused on small implementations (generally less than 300 employees) that are quoted on a time and material basis.
Post-Implementation support
Provide support via email and/or telephone to new clients for a period of time after implementation until handover to support division
General Duties
Adhoc consulting work as and when required
New Registrations
Review all new registration tickets in order to kick off an implementation
When a new sales alert is received:
Ensure a signed quotation from client exist in CRM
Confirm Go-Live date with Sales
Create / calculate timeline with milestone dates to implement client timeously
Enroll client and send welcome pack with the milestone dates
Project Administration
Complete and distribute a weekly status report on all implementations
For all new implementations create a ZOHO Project with tasks and milestones, according to the prescribed project template
Manage all tasks and milestones on ZOHO Projects during the implementation
Log all actual hours spend on the project against the project timesheet
Ensure all fields on Zoho is captured for each implementation to ensure accurate reporting
Implementations
Ensure client provide data as per the project milestone dates
Company Setup as per the registration documents and detailed quotation
Payroll & Base HR Setup as per client requirements

Basic Org Structure and Position Management
Arrange short telephonic kick-off meeting with client to discuss the project requirements and milestones.
Data Migration – Provide client with all necessary bulk upload sheets to complete. Import data into PaySpace

Packages and Recurring Figures
Leave Balances
Requirements
Full knowledge of Payroll and HR legislation
At least 3 years’ experience in payroll consulting
Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite i.e. Excel, Word etc
Strong analytical abilities
Creative and innovative
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations
Strong interpersonal skills
