Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare cost analysis based on drawings, engineering estimates, material required and labor involved.

Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities

Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors

Control the various stages of the project within predetermined allowable

Monitor and keep track of project progress, and is responsible for measurement and valuation of work done for interim payments and final account.

Provide advice on commercial and contractual matters, including the drafting of such letters/correspondence.

Commercial vetting of sub contractor tenders and contracts.

Certification of subcontractors claims

Compile and submit quotes.

Advise on revenue, provisional revenue and cost accruals
