This is your moment to shine as a Sales Coach providing operational recommendations to improve and drive sales through industry-leading customer service. You will be required to guide and mentor the team to support sales performance.
Understanding key business targets and requirements to achieve them
Driving improvements in key areas to improve performance
Acting as a consultant and providing helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges
Understanding performance information to identify focus areas
Providing positive praise and recognition for individual and team success to create a positive environment
Supporting the welfare of colleagues by taking note of challenges and concerns as well as escalating when necessary
Ensuring that product and service knowledge is timeously and efficiently transferred
Defining and realising monthly coaching plan
Preparing and conducting weekly WoW team coaching sessions
Performing individual coaching actions (side-by-side coaching, debriefing of targeted contacts, role plays, simulations, etc.)
Using advisor feedback to assess efficiency of each coaching action and impact on KPIs
Supporting escalations during periods of offline time
Completing all coaching documentation
Ensuring that contact handling complies with legal and business requirements
Identifying individual and team training needs
Maintaining updated records of educational curriculum and material
Evaluate employees’ performance after each training
Ability to multi-task, manage and prioritise workload
Proven track record of achieving results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to motivate people
Sales or marketing related qualification (Advantageous)
Minimum 2 years’ experience coaching, mentoring or similar role
Attention to detail with high quality standards
Demonstrable leadership and management skills
Proactive and solution driven
Familiarity with role-playing activities and e-learning platforms
Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos or slides)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, sales or customer service position
