WE ARE A RECRUITING AGENCY LOOKING FOR A CANDIDTAE FOR OUT CLIENT BASED IN PINETOWN

1} Discussing and negiotating freight rates and estimates

2} Assisting the staff daily and oversee / Assisting with registration and forwarding dept and checking files.

5} Make sure and check from each ports we have enough cargo to do our own groupage containers

6} Checking on the vet permits applications.

7} Checking on forwarding staff freight invoices paid and invoice out. Rate of exchange been use and paid to carriers.

8} Check staff daily status report on comments been made on the reports.

9} Checking of the various registers and ensuring these are updated.

Required Skills
freight forwarding: 1 to 2 years
easy clear: 1 year or less
Candidate Requirements
Must have Matric

Would prefer a certificate in freight forwarding and exp in freight forwarding

Would prefer exp on THE EASY CLEAR SYSTEM

This position reports to Senior Freight forwarding manager
