MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
To maximise the Compay’s revenue by purchasing vehicles from customers at market related packages and in turn selling the vehicles at a profit.
MAIN JOB FUNCTION:
Purchasing vehicles by following leads
• Answer all incoming calls timeously and be pro-active in daily activities.
• Ensure that all leads received are followed up within the timelines provided by Management.
• Use the system effectively for verification and capture all relevant fields on Case Management Activity (CRM) correctly, accurately and comprehensively.
• Follow up and manage cases according to the standard operating procedure.
Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Build customer interest in the service and products offered and provide a personalized customer service of the highest level.
• Ensure that our customers/clients are dealt with in an empathetic, professional and respectful way.
• Offer the standard corporate greeting on every call.
Achieve profit target
• Achieve monthly sales target continuously.
• Stay up to date with vehicle brands in the market, and prices on vehicles available in the market.
• Use resources within the business effectively.
• Ensure that case notes are comprehensive and clear.
