Good Job Opportunity at a Growing Auto Glass Company: Data Capturer required

We are looking for an data capturerto process all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

To capture data according to the information required on time, mainly supplier invoices.
Email Procurement Department for product codes when required.
Follow the correct procedure when confronted with stock issues e.g.Short supply / wrong supplied / damaged / captured wrong items / missing invoice / missing labels.
Dealing with supplier invoice issues.
Liaising with other departments efficiently and effectively.
Dealing with Arrival Stock Add-inland effectively liaises with relevant departments.
Keep track of all stock movement list and email to relevant departments.
Follow all standard procedures and processes at all times.
Maintain good filing system for all paper works required.
Any ad hoc tasks as instructed and required by other departments within the group.
Submit reports daily and weekly.
Communicate all issues to department head and find effective solutions.

Ensure all documentation per operational requirement is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Excellent communication skills.

To work efficiently and meet all deadlines.
Make sure working area is neat at all times
