This role will manage the payroll system and all employee related details and information. This is a flexitime / mornings only position.
Duties and Responsibilities
Inputting of data into the system
Manage employee payslips
Reconcile payroll back to general ledger
Manage employees UIF and PAYE
Manage the entire payroll system
Manage employee contracts, leave forms and sick leave forms
Adhoc administrative duties
Maintain and manage all record keeping responsibilities
Manage various HR related functions
Requirements
Payroll experience
Sage VIP experience
Great administration skills
Attention to detail
