The purpose of the position will be to render general administrative support in the Creditors Department and process supplier payments.

Duties:
Preparing and processing creditors payments
Investigating and resolving problems encountered
Inputting data and developing documentation
Managing correspondence and records
Maintaining office supply inventory
Placing orders and handling receipts
Maintaining confidential records
Working on Oracle

Requirements:
Matric essential
Relevant qualifications beneficial
At least 2 to 5 years creditors experience
Experience working on Oracle ESSENTIAL
