The candidate should be able to arrange conference calls and meetings, make travel arrangements, compose correspondence, review memos and reports, conduct research, create presentations and prepare statistical reports.
They should have the capability to build trusted relationships with all clients and partners. They might have more general office duties as well, such as organizing and maintaining files, answering phones, purchasing supplies and operating office equipment. They also might train and supervise other staff members.
Matric and Post Matric Qualification Advantageous.
The successful candidate must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Office and be able to create and maintain databases. Also, good typing skills, as well as proficiency in grammar, spelling, note-taking and writing. An Executive Personal Assistant should have good communication and customer service skills. They should also be able to work independently, exercise good judgment and take initiative.
