Handling all staff related matters on a National Level Training and Disciplinaries in office and out on site.Filing and updating of employee records. Management of Leave Management control Monitoring staff’s performance Interviewing and Screening ofnew Candidates Job Posting Liaising with Labour Department, Bargaining council andCCMA Experience in handling of all CCMA hearings.IOD,UIF,Maternity & Provident Fund Claims General office management dutiesWilling to travel and train on site. Mature individualMust be able to speak fluent English& Zulu Be able to meet deadlines and targets.
