Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 8 Years of Experience in Diving & Industrial Gases filling plant.
Must have diving gas experience.
Certificates of conformity as per IMCA and other Industrial standards.
Reporting to the Operations Manager in the role as Laboratory Technician and QA/QC and has the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Laboratory Technician and Quality control
Delegation of daily tasks to Quality control and Operations.
Safety:
Always manage and monitor work safety and to avoid any unsafe acts.
Ensure safe and best practices
Ensure PPE practices of all personnel
To ensure all equipment and machinery are switched on/off where appropriate at end of the day.
To ensure proper handover of work/task operationally
Operations
:
To lead/conduct daily toolbox meeting.
Production:
To insure all product meet customer requirement and specification and certification
Excellent knowledge in operating of Calibration of Analyser and measuring equipment
Analysis of Gases: Diving Gases, Industrial Gases, Calibration Gases up to 99.9999% (Grade 6.0).
Reporting weekly and record in files for ISO Audit
All other duties as assigned by Operations Manager.
Maintenance:
General Maintenance of Measuring equipment
Ensure proper filling of all production documents for easy traceability.
General knowledge on Pressure Equipment and Analysers.
