We, Skills Resource Group, are looking for an individual to fill a spot in our call center. We specialise in Occupational Health, Safety and Driven Machinery training nationally for 25 Years.
Job requirements:
-Servicing our existing clients, ensuring all their queries are handled and sorted. -Arranging all the requirements for their training to take place.-Making sure that their post training documentation is sent back to us.-General customer care and communication-Cold calling – ensuring that you grow your portfolio of clients that make use of our services.-Debt collectionThis position comes with a Basic Salary, as well as commission. Also Provident fund & wellness fund.Must be able to start from 8 July 2018Previous sales experience will be beneficial, no other requirements are needed and candidates will be selected on their aptitude to do the work.Position comes with a month’s training
