Position Synopsis:

We are seeking Sale’s Consultant’s – Durban

Job Description:

The Sales Consultant is the connector between the brand and the client
The role is fundamental to the success of the business and extends beyond just selling.
You will play an integral role in ensuring that we deliver the best possible service and advice to clients, to enable them to make sound decisions for their financial future
You must be able to grow our client base by achieving agreed closing ratios and quality targets.
You must have good communication skills to deal telephonically with clients.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

1-year call centre experience
2 years’ sales experience
Must have an excellent command of the English language and above-average telephone skills
Must be able to work flexible hours
1-year insurance experience
Appropriate FAIS credits & RE5
Financial sector experience
