Introduction
BKB Van Wyk has a vacancy for a Load Master. The successful candidate will be responsible for the receipt, loading and offloading of livestock, as well as building pens, etc. Special stud auctions and to ensure that all auctions run smoothly. The candidate shall report directly to the Manager in Ermelo.

Requirements:
Grade 12
3 years experience
Must be fluent in English, Afrikaans and Zulu
Good people skills. Maintain a good relationship with the workers and the clients (farmers and truck contractors)
Physically healthy
Valid Code 14 driver’s license
Punctual, meticulous and precise in work environment
Good teamwork
Good organising skills
Take control of the workers and carry the task out productively
Must be able to work under pressure
Must be able to take responsibility of the numbers of livestock and loading and offloading procedure
Must be able to take initiative with decisions regarding expensive livestock and equipment
Must have knowledge of loading and off loading procedure on trucks especially livestock to be easily loaded and off loaded
