Key performance areas:
Act as the first point of contact for general and administrative queries Manage the Senior Manager’s diary
Provide overall secretarial services to the Communications, CRM and Training division
Answer and respond to telephone queries, referring them to relevant parties and screening of the senior manager’s calls and take messages
Typing of letters, memos, monthly Statistics, monthly operational reports, minutes and agendas for the meetings
Prepare presentations for the Senior Manager
Grade 12 and a formal qualification obtained from a recognized institution of higher learning in Office Management or preferably, Customer Relationship Management.
