A 12 Month Contract
Ensure faults are resolved and services are restored within stipulated timeframes.
Escalate unresolved faults to second level support within stipulated timeframes
Prioritize, schedule, and administer all instances where enhancements and defect resolution are required.
Execute tasks for rating, monitor performance and achieve acceptable rating accuracy.
Record, track, and document the problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution.
Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and unit leaders.
Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.
Maintain and enhance performance of all new and existing software and applications across the department.
Identify and learn appropriate software applications used and supported by the department.
Perform preventative maintenance, including the installation of service packs, patches, hot fixes, and so on.
Manage and/or provide guidance to junior members of the team.
Create and deploy feedback mechanisms for end users. Analyze results, make recommendations for support process improvement, and implement changes.
Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent repeated future problems.
At least 2 years of experience in overseeing the direction, development and implementation of CBS solutions in Telecom Operations and 3 years of total experience in Telecom domain.
Extensive experience with core software application including all CBS and CTI components.
Must have hands on experience on any of CBS product/solution.
Strong experience on the related tools like CBS Client, UI Editor Etc.
Good knowledge on database queries like PL/SQL and SQL
Bachelor’s Degree or above from nation-recognized colleges; flexible for candidates who have eight years or above working experience;
