My client in the property sector seeks to employee an immediately available Legal and Compliance administrator. The position is a 6-month temp contract with the possibility to go perm. The principal objective of the position is to undertake administration to ensure that loans move from approval to active loans.

Job Description:

Liaise with all stakeholders to obtain compliance with all pre-determined loan conditions within the minimum delay in terms of approved policies and procedures
Drafting required legal documents
Identifying potential commercial risk by reviewing loan conditions
Draft loan agreement in line with the approved loan proposal
Draft non-standard loan conditions
Validate data quality by reviewing data on the system
General Administration

Qualifications:

A minimum of an LLB or similar qualification is required
A minimum of 5 years administration support
Experience working in the Property Finance and Conveyancing environment is a must
