Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Provide general support to visitors/clients
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Create job cards from time to time Marketing
Ensure that the prices for the products are according to price specifications from the Dealer Principal
Promote the products and the business via social media such as Instagram, Facebook and relevant platforms
Ensure that LinkedIn pages are active and updated
Post on social media regularly and consistently. Ensure that specials and promotions are marketed and communicated via social media
Helping to organise market research
Supporting the Dealer Principal in the preparation of various projects
Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
Compose and post online content on the company’s website and ensure that website is updated at all times
Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
Planning and co-ordinating events
Ensuring that all the required elements for the event are arranged
Setting up for events
Attending all events and ensuring that they run smoothly and that those attending the function are cared for
