Fuel / Diesel Administrator wanted urgently: Salary R8 000 per month

1. The incumbent will manage everything, administratively, related to diesel usage and purchasing

2. You will be required to also work partly in the yard where the diesel tanks are

3. Will be required to wear safety clothes and boots

4. Creditors / debtors experience

5. Daily closing of diesel shift paper work, Dip diesel tank for stock reconciliation

7. Receive and sign off on bulk diesel delivery from supplier

8. Mathematical calculations to balance the diesel shift before data capture.

9. Excel: Vlookup, formulas, reports, pivot table

Grade 12
2 to 3 years experience in transport company managing diesel
Advanced Excel
Knowledge of diesel usage in transport industry
Dealing with supplier of diesel
Afrikaans and English speaking
Own transport and drivers license
Job Type: Full-time
