Duties:
Provide general secretarial & administrative support to team
Prepare and compile reviews, reports and investment requests
Organize business trips & travel diaries as well as preparing trip expenses
Proactively support the recruiting process, independently pre-select fitting candidates through phone interviews
Organize and keep track of protocol for internal and external meetings
Support of Sales Team Lead with the onboarding of new employees.
Create employment contract, supplementary agreements and labor law-related documents
Requirements:
Completed professional education or relevant work experience in an executive support or office administration role, ideally in the internal sales and/or HR Department
HR Diploma or Degree
Proactive, highly organized with strong hands-on attitude
Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands, and prioritize tasks and workload
Careful, structured and independent approach to work as well as great teamwork skills
High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
Fluent in English (written and spoken) on a business level as well as excellent computer skills including MS Office
