Introduction

Our client is an international company and has a vacancy available for Conversion Agent they have offices in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate is responsible for converting data (leads) into activations and assisting potential clients to process FTDs to trade on the company platform.

Description

Duties (will include but not limited to):

Manage data (leads) received
Initiate first contact with potential clients and convert lead into activations
Ensure responsible trading and compliance with all regulations and company policies
Provide training to clients on using the Company platform and deposit process
Successfully present products by using effective sales and persuasion skills in addition to solid product knowledge and compliance regulations
Ensure all information on new activations is completed accurately for Account managers
Ensure flow of new business to the retention department
Complete special projects, and miscellaneous duties as prescribed by Management
Education

Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12
2 years’ experience in a sales role

Ability to work under pressure
Passionate and Confident
Exceptional communication skills (written and oral)
Good listening and persuasion skills
Computer literacy
