Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 certificate Matric
Excellent organizational, administration and computer skills including MS Word and Excel
Data capturing and database management experience
Excellent English is written and verbal communication skills
A team leader and team player, able to work in multidisciplinary teams
Key Performance Areas
Ensure linkages are created and maintained between clinical services and clients
Collect and collate data relevant
Check data completeness, consistency and data verification by liaising with the relevant staff
Validate data and submit statistical reports when required
Maintain an electronic database at the site
