National Sales Manager – East Rand (mining) Heavy-duty earthmoving industry experienced

National Sales Manager – East Rand (mining).

Reporting to the General Manager, the National Sales Manager formulates, strategizes and oversees all sales activities nationally in order to grow divisional sales and build customer brand loyalty and maintain/increase market share.

Manages and oversees EMT salesmen and Sales Support
Ensure that CRM data (projects, lost orders, opportunities and other functions in CRM) are maintained in time.
Networks with existing and potential customers and business partners to drive growth in the division
Prepares sales forecasts and targets based on the Divisional expectations and ensures that the sales team works diligently towards endeavouring to meet and even exceed the target where possible. These will be based on the following:
CECE Stats
Divisional Market development expectations
Liaises with factories and Sales, Sales and Central Admin, Workshop and Technical Product Support teams in order to ensure customer satisfaction, the management of product quality and efficient service delivery
Ensures departmental compliance with legislation, company policies, procedures, guidelines and directives
Acts in the long term interest of the company
A relevant qualification is a must.
