Junior Sous Chef position available for busy upmarket Restaurant in Bryanston. Looking for individuals with 4+ years relevant to a la carte chef experience. Must have good all-round cooking skills. The main focus will be food preparation, quality control, and general kitchen management duties.
Strong knowledge of stock control and food costing essential. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Must be hardworking and able to work in a very big and busy kitchen. Will also be expected to work some front of house management shifts.
Formal qualification is beneficial. Salary R 12000 – 14000 K net depending on experience. Quote Reference RA55 when applying.
