PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Assist the Store Manager in maximizing the profits by increasing sales, effectively managing stock and controlling expenses as per budget.

Our supervisor role requires drive, execution and accountability. The focus being, the decisive and successful operation of your team through:

Assisting store manager in completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Assisting the Store Manager in maintaining store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
Assisting the Store Manager in maintaining store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning and monitoring employees.
Assisting Store Manager in identifying current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
