Key performance areas:
? Assist with providing professional reception service to clients and visitors
? Accepting and record incoming telephone enquiries, taking client’s details discreetly and accurately
? Dealing with client’s cancellations and confirmation of appointments and recording and passing on messages to employees promptly
? Responsible for office administration, for example to buy office supplies
? Printing and binding of client packs
? Assist with photocopying, filing and distribution of information
? Assist with organizing client events
? Assist with completing application forms relating to private wealth advisory services
The successful candidate must have:
? Office Administration qualification would be beneficial
? Must have excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
? Excellent written & verbal communication skills
? Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure.
? Able to be discreet and diplomatic, approachable, professional and flexible.
? Basic understanding of the use of office equipment such as photocopier and PABX system.
? Ability to reformat, rearrange and safely store documents for future retrieval.
? Ability to provide information as requested by CFO and follow up action.
? Ability to communicate in a wide variety of formats to a range of service user’s e.g.: clients, Trustees and other visitors.
? Ability to take accurate messages and disseminate information appropriately.
? Experience and ability to use own initiative appropriately.
? Understanding of the issue of confidentiality and working with confidential information.
? Must be able to work as part of a team
