Roles and Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls to the service desk.
Manage the service calls and the distribution of jobs too field technitians.
Record all details of service requests via telephone and emails on CRM.
Ensure that each service tickets is updated accordingly and the client constantly informed
Ability to understand and perform basic service troubleshooting.
Handle national service requests via 3rd party dealers.
Ensuring the client’s problems are effectively resolved.
Provide quotations to clients for service requests.
Communicate effectively with internal departments and adhere to operational requirements.
Ability to understand and adhere to the service desk process.
Ability to lead
The urgency to resolve issues
Knowledge of service delivery and service support essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Afrikaans
A clear speaking voice and excellent telephone manner is essential
Ability to work in a team environment.
IT technical support experience preferred
