Specification
Role Purpose
To implement a market-driven differentiated service that builds sustainable competitiveness within Key Account Groups, thereby delivering sustainable growth in brand equity, sales volume, market share, competitive advantage, and corporate reputation. This role will report to the National Key Account Manager.
Key Accountabilities and Outputs
Ensure the effective development of sales plans and strategy.
Ensure effective management of budget relating to Key Accounts (customer spend within budget and against ROI objectives).
Measurement of Account profitability.
Ensure maintenance of up to date information to facilitate the execution of sales plans and strategy.
Ensure the appropriate utilization of assets in a trade.
Ensure execution of promotions in trade according to plan.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the sales execution and adjust plans and strategy according.

Knowledge of the soft drink industry and market.
Endurance and ability to tolerate extraordinary and flexible working hours, and willingness to work during weekends.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum relevant 3-year tertiary qualification.
Minimum of 6 years of sales experience
Experience in FMCG key account management with the retail and/or wholesale customer and people management.
Valid Code 08 driving license.
Knowledge of MS Office suite.
