These are the following requirements:

Experience in retail is a minimum requirement
Strong interpersonal and selling skills
Excellent customer service
Target driven
Must have had a minimum of 20 staff under your tutelage
Hands-on leadership skills in clothing
Merchandising and Administration skills
High energy, honest, reliable and a passion for the industry
Must be Computer Literate
