Currently, we are searching for a Warehouse Associate. Interested Applicants can Apply.

Responsibilities of this Post:
Receive trolley with product and invoice.
Product checking against invoice.
Adhere to Supervisor’s instructions and FIFO, including special instructions such as urgent, fragile, overnight.
Ensure all products are checked and packed timeously.
Hand over checked product and invoice to Warehouse Assistant – Despatch (Packer).
Check product against the invoice/packing slip in detail, according to the unit of measure.
Attach correct invoices to correct parcel.
Pack and secure products in suitable boxes with relevant markings (e.g. Fragile) and correct paperwork.
Record correct weights and number of parcels on both invoices and parcel labels.
Use appropriate packaging material so as to protect the products in transit.
Take reasonable steps to ensure that all equipment is kept in good, working order.
Report to Supervisor all equipment that is not in working order.
Handle and store all equipment according to the required standards.
Highlight problems and work with team to find solutions

Requirements of this Post:
Matric.
Candidate with minimum of 1 year experience in dispatch in a large warehousing environment.
Can work independently.
Communication skills.
Ability to adhere to processes.
