General Administrator based in Retreat, Cape Town.
Job description
Capturing of notices on the contravention system,
Sorting and printing of various documents,
Preparing daily reports,
indexing and quality control of all information captured,
Handling enquiries,
Adhoc general admin duties required by team leader. You will be fully trained and skilled to fulfill your daily tasks.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric) is a MUST
1-2 years’ experience as data capturer or office administrator.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook).
Competencies
Work under pressure.
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
Ability to handle a number of concurrent projects and tasks.
Good organisational and administrative skills.
