FOH and administrative operations. To ensure that there is an effective and organized structure for a fast-growing beauty & grooming services and products company.
The ideal candidate for this position does not need to have any experience in the beauty industry but;
Must be highly organized and detail-orientated with strong analytical skills to run day-to-day operations
Must have 10+ years professional Admin experience
Must have an excellent spoken, read and written command of the English language
Must be highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word and MS Outlook)Must be a logical thinker, multi-tasker, problem solver
Have excellent time management and organization skills
Must be highly proficient Must create and edit company operating documents
Must be able to work with a large group of people and confident in enforcing rules and regulations & leading
Will need to interview job candidates and conduct effective reference checks Liaise with Suppliers and Vendors, place orders Must orchestrate events, organize meetings, book trips, maintain attendance records
Must be able to add value to by challenging the effectiveness of established procedures and
updating
Maintaining company condition and arranging necessary repairs It is an
important position for identifying out-dated practices and developing continually
improvement processes for the business
Duties may be involved in a variety of responsibilities such as Creating Operational
Sheets; Protocols & ProcessesMaintaining & keeping employee files updated & creating reports on employee performanceInterfacing & managing communication with Guests, Employees & StaffUsing & updating database systems Supervising, maintaining and updating company standards of operations ALL Front of House operations
