Duties:
Switchboard duties & PA duties Receiving
deliveries & sending deliveries Filing
& keeping everything up to dateAll
admin duties, such as capturing suppliers PO & Invoices on the system,
customer invoices, monthly recons & statements etc.Sourcing
suppliers & creating catalogues Assisting
graphic designers with proposals, costing etc.Printing
proposals & creating presentations etc. HR
duties, such as preparing timesheets, making sure leave forms are
completed, contracts for casuals are done etc. Marketing
duties such as assisting to keep Facebook / Websites up to date etc.
The ideal candidate should have
minimum 1-year basic admin experience & be computer literate. Basic
knowledge of pastel will be an advantage.
Contract period: 15 August – 15
December 2019 (4 months) Work hours: 8 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday)
Fixed Term Contract for 4 months
Salary offered: R8000 per month
Looking for somebody reliable that can work without supervision (once trained) and can stay off private activities during working hours.
