A market leader in the car rental environment is looking for a minute taker who have excellent typing skills and good attention to detail.
The successful candidate must have
Own laptop or tape recorder to complete the task
Matric
Experience in minute taking
Willing to work as and when required
Computer literate
Available to work in our other office at short notice
Tasks and duties
Taking minutes of meetings and disciplinary inquiries
Ensuring that minutes have been completed and handed over within 2 working days or less
Using a predetermined MS Word template
