Job & Company Description:

One of the international services organisations within South Africa is looking for a Lease Administrator to join their dynamic financial team. This entity has invested in various real estates and has been in existence for over twenty years.

As the Lease administrator you will need to be a analytical and creative thinker with knowledge in Oracle system.

As the lease administrator you will be responsible for:

The abstraction of critical lease land terms for input into the Oracle property management database
Reviewing executed lease documents and interpreting key lease values for abstraction
Will be held accountable for keying in these land lease values into Oracle accurately timely
Identifying any discrepancies or potential issues and escalating appropriately to the Transactional Accounting Manager for resolution
Works closely with the Transactional Accounting Manager and the Operations team to ensure the abstracted lease data is accurate and process any changes
