Candidate Requirements

What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:

Booking accommodation requests and sending out quotes
Booking and capturing bookings for tours
Booking transport for guests
Managing the front desk as well as welcoming guests
Managing all payment received from guest and bar
Assist with bookings outside of what the company offering
Managing the overall daily running of the backpackers/Adhoc taks
Running all activities that happen during the week

Boxes to tick…

Matric
Relevant hospitality degree/diploma
1-3 years’ experience working as a reservationist/front of house
Knowledgeable on Office applications
Lives close to JHB CBD/within or is mobile as this is a 6 day week
Willing to work shifts
