Ubunye Uniforms is at the forefront of the UNIFORM SERVICE INDUSTRY.

We are looking for someone who will be assisting the Financial Director in the performance of his duties, including record keeping and financial reporting, ensure that the company reports its financial position accurately. Ensure correct procedures are followed for the collection of outstanding debt, deal with debtor insurers and look after legal side of credit control.

Criteria:

Minimum requirements:

5 years in middle leadership position

5 years in related bookkeeping and collections exposure

ICB

Education:

Relevant Accounting/Financial qualification eg: Bachelors degree ( Commerce, Business or Management) supported with record-able history in a similar position.

Bcom with Acc will be advantageous

Behavioral attributes:

Technical Skills:

Business acumen

Computer literacy in MS office, Pastel, Crystal or other report writing tool

Required knowledge:

Bookkeeping/Working Capital to trial balance with balance sheet recon

Current accounts receivable and average debtor days

Legal aspects of credit controller- manage the debtor insurance relationship and customer limits/credit apps and maintain files.
