Job Specification:
Processing purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) to internal databases.
Placing orders to replenish merchandise as needed.
Conduct regular inventory audits.
Keep updated inventory records on Pastel.
Ensure purchases do not exceed budget
All workmanship and quality of work to be to Company standards.
Accountable to your Supervisor.
Strict timekeeping as per Company policy.
Report damage to your Supervisor.
When communicating with clients, treat them with respect.
Any misuse by others, or loss of tools/equipment etc, to be reported to Supervisor

Minimum Requirements:
Mature, technically minded individual with experience in stock controlling.
Must have previous stock controlling experience.
Good communication, telephone manner & interpersonal skills
Be prepared to sign a stringent restraint of trade clause (as industry-specific training will be provided )
Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Projects an advantage)
Literate with good mathematical knowledge.
